Wedding Guestbook Ideas
One great way to remember the people that made your wedding
day memorable is having a guest book. As part of wedding traditions, guests
have a sign-in area where they jot down their names and write a congratulatory sweet
message to the bride and the groom.
Nowadays, people are creating new ways to make that part a
little bit more interactive so that the guest can have fun with it too. It also
makes it a whole lot more entertaining for the bride and the groom when they go
back to it to remember their special day.
Whether you are jet-setters, movie lovers, fairytale fanatics,
anime dorks, or home bodies, there are a lot of ways for you to make your guest
book a lot more fun and memorable. Here are some guest book ideas that I’ve
whipped up for you:
1.Print out information cards for your guests to fill up
with date-night recommendations and relationship advice.
2. Have your marriage “off the rocks” and have them write
their advice to the newlyweds on stones.
3. Have your guests shoot an iPad video greeting for you to
watch at home.
4. Let your guests sign their well wishes on a piece of
canvas or a favorite piece of artwork that you can hang on your wall at home.
And last but definitely not the least, my personal favorite:
5. Get your guests take selfies with a polaroid or instax
camera, let them tape it to a scrap book, and have them write their greeting or
advice.
Any of these ideas would make it so much more fun for them
to do and entertaining for you to look back to.
